Britain’s Prince Harry is mainly known as a playboy party type, but the Afghan war veteran is also known to have a soft spot for children.
At a concert for the Invictus Games, Harry happened upon a little girl who was crying. (The video above is from Prince Harry’s speech at the opening of the games). As NBC reports:
Little Isabelle Nixon couldn’t see the stage where the Foo Fighters were playing, so the 30-year-old prince scooped her up and put her on his shoulders.
Isabelle was attending the concert with her father, Adam Nixon, who lost a leg in an IED blast in Basra. Her dad had captained Team Great Britain’s wheelchair basketball team during the Games.
